Here Are the 10 Best Hotels in Paris That Are Free With Points

How We Chose the Best Hotels in Paris Where You Can Stay Free Using Points

We considered several important factors when deciding on the best hotels in Paris to stay at with points.  First, we wanted to make sure that the hotel was well-reviewed by guests who have stayed there before.  This was determined by cross-referencing hotels across multiple popular travel review sites.

Second, we wanted to find hotels with minimal fees such as resort fees, Wi-Fi fees, and other charges.  Luckily Paris is a city that doesn’t tend to charge the pesky resort fees we have in many US tourist destinations.

With those factors in mind, here are 10 of the best hotels in Paris to stay at for free using points.

1.   Park Hyatt Paris – Vendome

Conveniently located in the heart of Paris’ shopping district is the Park Hyatt Paris – Vendome.  This hotel will put you within walking distance of most Paris sights like the Louvre museum, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Rue De La Paix.  The hotel is located in a historic building, which has been renovated with contemporary design.

The Intercontinental Paris Le Grand and Hotel Indigo Paris Opera are both great hotels and only a block away from each other. This past summer we used our annual chase free night to stay at the Intercontinental (kind of a last chance before the rule change to how many points the free night is worth) and then walked the block to Hotel Indigo and used points for the rest of our stay. Of the two we preferred the Hotel Indigo.

Why did you prefer Indigo over the Le Grand?
