    I made a last-minute trip to Australia to surprise my mom on her 60th birthday where she was visiting my sister.  And I planned this trip literally 3 days before I left.

    We had a lovely stay at the Park Hyatt Sydney, ate incredible food, toured the Sydney Opera House, and enjoyed the friendly Aussie hospitality!

    As a Hyatt Diamond member, we could eat breakfast in The Dining Room.  (That’s what the restaurant is actually called!)

    The Park Hyatt Sydney’s Dining Room Overlooks the Harbor and Is Well Known for Its French Cuisine

    The breakfast was certainly high-quality, but not as good as the breakfast at, say, the Park Hyatt in Paris or in Milan.

    We took a walk around the hotel grounds.  It’s located right at the foot of the Sydney Harbor Bridge.

    Locals Refer to the Sydney Harbor Bridge as “The Coathanger.”  It’s the Largest Steel Arch Bridge in the World

    It was winter in Australia, so the temperatures were quite cool.  But still pleasant for a boardwalk stroll!

    The Park Hyatt Sydney has some of the best views of any Hyatt I’ve visited!

    The Park Hyatt Sydney’s Location Makes It Extra Special

    Hyatt is my favorite hotel chain!  We’ve had terrific experiences at many Hyatt hotels, including the Park Hyatt Goa, Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach, Grand Hyatt Kauai, Hyatt Regency Maui, Park Hyatt Milan, Park Hyatt Paris – Vendome, and Park Hyatt Zurich.

    I enjoyed the Park Hyatt Sydney very much!  But my favorite Hyatt is still the Park Hyatt in Paris!
