Chase Ink Plus 70,000 Point In-Branch Offer

The 70,000 point Ink Plus offer is only available when you apply in-branch with a Chase banker.  You can NOT get this deal online.

You’ll earn 70,000 Chase Ultimate Rewards points after spending $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months of opening your account.  That’s worth ~$875 in travel through the Chase travel portal.

And you could get even more value if you transfer points to airline and hotel partners or to your Chase Sapphire Reserve account.

For folks who don’t have a nearby Chase branch or prefer online applications, the 60,000 point online offer is still a terrific deal.  The $95 annual fee is NOT waived.

But of course go for the best available bonus you can!

Remember, you need a for-profit venture such as selling items or freelancing to qualify you as a small business!

And keep in mind, Chase has been tightening its application rules.  So if you’ve opened ~5 or more credit cards within the past 24 months from ANY bank (excluding certain business cards), it’s likely you will NOT be approved for the card.

Folks who’ve been considering this card might want to apply in-branch or online soon.  Because there are rumors that Chase may soon remove the 5X bonus category on the card.

Bottom Line

When you apply in-branch for the Chase Ink Plus, you can earn 70,000 Chase Ultimate Rewards points after meeting minimum spending requirements.  And the $95 annual fee is waived the first year.

The in-branch offer is expected to expire sometime in November 2016.

If you’re not impacted by Chase’s tougher application rules, you might want to apply for this card soon.  Because Chase might remove the 5X bonus category on the card.

Are you planning to apply in-branch for the Ink Plus?
