Update:   One or more card offers in this post are no longer available.  Check our Hot Deals for the latest offers.

Via Doctor of Credit, there’s a new offer for the Chase Hyatt card that includes 2 free nights after meeting minimum spending requirements AND a $50 statement credit after making your first purchase!

The regular offer for The Hyatt Credit card does NOT have the $50 statement credit, but does include 5,000 bonus Hyatt points for adding an authorized user who makes a purchase in the first 3 months of account opening.

And to get the offer with the $50 statement credit, you must already be a World of Hyatt member, or create a new account.

Emily and I don’t receive a commission for the offer with the $50 statement credit, but we’ll always tell you about the best deals!

Which Is the Better Offer?

Link:   Chase Hyatt Card Regular Offer

The regular offer for the Chase Hyatt card does NOT include a $50 statement credit after your first purchase.  Instead, you’ll get 5,000 bonus Hyatt points when you add an authorized user and make a purchase in the first 3 months of opening your account.

That’s in addition to the 2 free nights at any Hyatt hotel after you spend $2,000 on purchases in the first 3 months of account opening.

5,000 Hyatt points can be worth much more than $50.  For example, Hyatt category 1 hotels cost 5,000 Hyatt points per night, and the majority cost well over $50 per night.

So for most folks, the regular offer is a much better deal.

Bottom Line

There’s a new offer for the Chase Hyatt card!  To see the offer, make a test booking on the Hyatt website.

In addition to earning 2 free nights after meeting minimum spending requirements, you’ll get a $50 statement credit after making your first purchase.

The regular offer for the card does NOT have the $50 statement credit.  But it does come with 5,000 bonus Hyatt points after adding an authorized user and making a purchase in the first 3 months of account opening.  That’s usually worth much more than $50.

We won’t earn a commission if you apply for the offer with the $50 statement credit, but we’ll always let you know when a new deal is available!

How soon will we get the free nights once I meet the spending requirement.

Planning for a trip to Cancun this Memorial Day,so wondering if I can get free nights on time

Paolapaola zottolo

Anybody knows if the two free nights have an expiration date? Thanks!

The 2 free night certificates have to be used within 12 months from the date they’re issued.

Egh…

A Chase card – can’t apply due to their disasterous 5/24 rules.

Oh well – do you have any other cards that are NOT Chase to recommend??

This particular card isn’t impacted by Chase’s 5/24 rule, but you can always check our Hot Deals tab for the most current deals: https://millionmilesecrets.com/hot-deals/

My app is under review. Credit score 820. Chase is becoming unbearable to deal with.

I got an email today saying I was approved! ☺️

This card isn’t subject to 5/24. There are a handful of cards that aren’t subject to the rule, and this is one of them.

Post states this card doesn’t fall under 5/24 rule:

The Chase Hyatt card is not impacted by Chase’s tighter application rules. So folks with lots of cards are still eligible to take advantage of this offer!

This offer has been available for months, all you had to do was start making a reservation by not being logged into your Hyatt account, and before confirming the reservation, you could get the 2 nights free plus $50 credit.

Is this a strict once in a lifetime bonus policy?

Hi Julie! Unlike AMEX cards, Chase cards don’t have a strict once-in-a-lifetime bonus policy. You can get the card again as long as you haven’t received the bonus in the previous 2 years AND you don’t have the card currently open.
