If you’re a miles & points veteran, you probably have several cards from major issuers like American Express, Chase, and Citi.  So this increased offer might be for you!

You can now earn up to 60,000 Cathay Pacific miles when you open the Synchrony Cathay Pacific card and meet tiered spending requirements.  But you’ll have to apply by June 30, 2018!

I do NOT recommend this card if you’re new to the miles & points hobby.  Because there are credit cards with more valuable sign-up bonuses and benefits that you should open first.

We don’t earn a commission on this card, but we’ll always tell you about the best deals.

If Your Flight Is Under 600 Miles, Like Charlotte to Chicago, You Can Travel Round-Trip Between Any 2 Cities for Just 15,000 Cathay Pacific Miles!

Is This a Good Deal?

When you open the Cathay Pacific Visa Signature card, you’ll earn 35,000 Cathay Pacific miles after spending $2,500 on purchases within the first 90 days of account opening.  And another 25,000 Cathay Pacific miles when you spend an additional $7,500 within the first 12 months

The card comes with a $95 annual fee, NOT waived the first year.

That’s a higher minimum spending requirement than most cards.  But if you can do it, this could be a good deal!  Because there are lots of ways to make the most of your Cathay Pacific miles, and a few secret ways to book Cathay Pacific awards, too.

Cathay Pacific uses a distance-based award chart.  So the price of an award flight depends on the distance you fly.

I was an additional card member on a Cathay Pacific card which was been closed two months ago. Am I eligible for the sign up bonus if I apply now?
