We recently let you all know about the limited-time increased offers on some of the personal AMEX cards (ending April 3, 2019), and now, Delta’s offering bigger welcome bonuses on some of the AMEX Delta business cards too!

Similarly to the personal cards, a couple of the small business cards are offering bonuses worth at least $700 or $800 in free flights, depending on which card you get.

And while minimum spending requirements vary with each card, these are some of the highest offers we’ve ever seen!  And earning a big welcome offer is a great way to quickly earn enough Delta miles for free flights.

Increased Offers on Two AMEX Delta Business Cards

It’s worth noting that if you decide to apply for any of these cards, AMEX only allows folks to earn the sign-up bonus ONCE per person, per lifetime, on ALL their cards.  But because these Delta cards are considered different products, if you’ve had one version, you can still get the others.

That’s good news because both the Gold Delta SkyMiles® Business Credit Card from American Express and the Platinum Delta SkyMiles® Business Credit Card from American Express are offering big welcome bonuses!

You can find links to these offers on the Delta website.  The links to these cards through the American Express website are for smaller offers.

The information for the Gold Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Card from American Express and Platinum Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Card from American Express has been collected independently by Million Mile Secrets.  The card details on this page have not been reviewed or provided by the card issuer.

2.  Platinum Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Card from American Express

Through April 3, 2019, the card offer on Delta’s website can earn you 80,000 Delta miles and 5,000 Medallion® Qualification Miles when you apply for the AMEX Delta Platinum business card and spend $6,000 on eligible purchases in the first 3 months of account opening.  You’ll also earn a $100 statement credit when you make a Delta purchase in the same timeframe.

As a cardholder, you’ll also enjoy these perks:

  • Terms Apply

The card has a $195 annual fee, that’s not waived the first year.

Are These Offers Worth It?

The offers on these two cards are worth at least $700 to $800 because you can redeem Delta miles for 1 cent each using Pay with Miles.  And you can get much more value from them if you book award flights on Delta or their partners.

Plus, Delta often offers award ticket sales which can help you get even more value from your miles.  For example, during a recent sale, you could fly between Chicago and Paris round-trip in coach for 40,000 Delta miles.  A ticket like this could easily cost $850+, giving you a value of ~2.13 cents per mile ($850 cash price / 40,000 miles).  Much higher than the rate you’ll get by using Pay with Miles.

The other great thing about Delta miles is that they never expire.  So you won’t feel pressured to use them shortly after earning a big bonus from offers like these.  It’s a nice feature that very few frequent flyer programs offer!

Don’t qualify for a small business credit card?  Don’t worry!  Now’s an excellent time to apply for these AMEX Delta personal cards, because they’re offering bigger welcome bonuses through April 3, 2019:
