Via Runway Girl Network, JetBlue now offers free Wi-Fi on ALL of its flights, gate to gate. You don’t even have to wait to get into the air to surf the web for free!
I’ll explain what this means for you. And remind you of other ways to get free in-flight Wi-Fi!
Free JetBlue Wi-Fi
JetBlue has been on a mission to become the first US airline with free in-flight Wi-Fi in all of its planes. And they did it!
Now, on any JetBlue flight (no matter the class of service!) you’ll get free Wi-Fi from gate to gate. So you can stay connected while you’re waiting for your flight AND when you’ve reached cruising altitude. 😉
They even plan to add larger screens and more free movies to certain aircraft. And through their partnership with Amazon, Prime members can stream videos in-flight for free too!
Get More Free Perks When You Fly
If you fly JetBlue a lot, it could be worth signing-up for the Barclaycard JetBlue Plus or small business card. Because you get a free checked bag on most flights. Folks in these 6 cities can do especially well with the JetBlue cards.
Or consider taking advantage of the soon-to-expire 100,000 AMEX Membership Rewards point offer for the AMEX Business Platinum card.
Not only does the card come with an amazing sign-up bonus and perks, but you’ll get free Boingo internet at places like airports, malls, and attractions, and 10 Gogo in-flight internet passes each year for when you fly other airlines.
Plus, you can get 50% of your points back on JetBlue Business Class flights when you book through AMEX’s travel portal! JetBlue’s Business Class (called “Mint”) can be relatively affordable.
Here are more ways to get free in-flight Wi-Fi. Including other airlines that offer free in-flight Wi-Fi, like Norwegian and Turkish Airlines. And credit cards that come with Gogo in-flight Wi-Fi passes, including the U.S. Bank FlexPerks® Travel Rewards Visa Signature® card.
Bottom Line
JetBlue now has free Wi-Fi gate-to-gate on ALL their flights! This is great news for folks who like to stay connected when traveling. Plus, it will save you money!
This is a great perk for passengers. Hopefully more airlines will follow JetBlue’s lead!
