Delta SkyMiles deals are up and running again — take that, cOvId nInEtEeN! A long list of domestic routes are on sale with the latest roundup of Delta SkyMiles deals, and they’re all to the Southern U.S.

This sale advertises that you can book flights for as little as 12,000 miles round-trip — but if you poke around yourself, you can find even cheaper ones. Check out the below flight from Los Angeles to Nashville for just 8,000 miles round-trip in Basic Economy. That’s called a steal.

Airline credit cards, like these, are useful if you want to earn Delta miles and perks on Delta flights (to minimize the adverse effects of Basic Economy), like priority boarding, free checked bags and inflight purchase discounts. Just keep in mind that you won’t earn the welcome bonus in time for this particular award sale.

One nice feature of the Delta SkyMiles program is that Delta miles don’t expire, so once you’ve set up a Delta account you don’t need to worry about losing your miles.
