Chase Freedom Bonus Categories Through December 2017

This quarter’s Chase Freedom bonus categories are live. And when you activate the bonus, you’ll earn the 5X Chase Ultimate Rewards Points (5% cash back) at Walmart and most department stores!
This is a great deal for the holiday season, because you can find all kinds of gifts at department stores. And you can even buy groceries for holiday meals at Walmart!
If you spend the $1,500 maximum in bonus categories, you’ll earn 7,500 Chase Ultimate Rewards points ($75).
But purchases at discount stores like Target and TJ Maxx will NOT count. And you must activate your card by December 14, 2017, to qualify.
And when you have the Chase Sapphire Reserve, Sapphire Preferred, Ink Business Preferred, Ink Bold (no longer available), or the Ink Plus (no longer available), you can use your Chase Ultimate Rewards points for Big Travel with transfer partners like United Airlines and Hyatt!
Note: If you have the Discover it Cash Back, you can activate its 4th quarter bonus categories and earn 5% cashback at Amazon & Target, too!What Can You Do With 7,500 Chase Ultimate Rewards Points?
7,500 Chase Ultimate Rewards points are worth:- $75 in cash
- 1 free night at a Hyatt Category 1 hotel, that’s often worth much more than $75
- Part of the way to an amazing Hyatt hotel
- A short one-way flight on a British Airways partner like American Airlines, often worth much more than $75
- A flight on Southwest that costs between ~$107 and ~$128, because Southwest points are worth between 1.43 cents and 1.7 cents per point
- Part of the way to an award flight on United Airlines or a Star Alliance partner
