Via Miles to Memories, some folks are NOT being charged the $450 annual fee for the AMEX Business Platinum card.  That’s an amazing deal for a card that’s currently offering 100,000 AMEX Membership Rewards points after meeting minimum spending requirements.

That said, I can’t guarantee the annual fee will be waived the first year.  And there’s no clear reason why some folks are and some aren’t being charged the annual fee.

So if you’re considering applying for the AMEX Business Platinum card, make sure you can afford the annual fee in case it isn’t waived.
