Is This a Good Deal?
Absolutely! These sign-up bonuses are worth at LEAST $600 to $700. That’s because you can redeem Delta miles for 1 cent each using Pay with Miles. And you can get much more value from them if you book award flights on Delta or their partners!
For example, you can fly from Los Angeles to Nairobi, Kenya, for 35,000 Delta miles on partner airline KLM. But the same ticket would cost $650+! That’s a value of ~1.86 cents per mile ($650 cash price / 35,000 miles). Much higher than the rate you’ll get by using Pay with Miles.

Want More Delta Miles?
If you don’t want to open a credit card to earn Delta miles, there are a few other ways.
For example, you can transfer AMEX Membership Rewards points to Delta at a ratio of 1:1, though you’ll pay an excise fee of 0.06 cents per point (up to a maximum of $99). And you can transfer Starwood points to Delta at a ratio of 1:1. Plus, when you transfer in increments of 20,000 Starwood points, you’ll get a bonus 5,000 Delta miles!
And don’t forget to earn 3X Delta miles for Airbnb stays through October 31, 2017.
Bottom Line
If you haven’t opened any of these AMEX Delta cards in the past, take a look at these increased bonuses!
Through November 8, 2017, you’ll earn 60,000 Delta miles with the AMEX Delta Gold personal and small business cards after completing the cards’ minimum spending. And 70,000 Delta miles with the AMEX Delta Platinum personal and small business cards, after completing minimum spending requirements.
The sign-up bonuses are worth at least $600 or $700 when you book using Pay With Miles. But you can get much more value by booking award flights on Delta or their partner airlines!
