Attention Marriott Bonvoy™ American Express® Card cardholders, here’s some good news!

Through May 31, 2019, you can register your card and earn up to 100,000 bonus points by meeting tiered spending thresholds. Just note, the deal is only good for folks who’ve been cardholders from January 23, 2019, or prior (or those who held the now-defunct Starwood Preferred Guest® Credit Card from American Express).

Earn a Big Spending Bonus With the AMEX Marriott Bonvoy Card

To be eligible for this offer you must register your card before May 31, 2019. This deal has been available previously, but the registration date was April 7 – so it’s been extended!

Once you’ve registered your card you’ll earn 25,000 bonus points for every $25,000 in eligible purchases made on the card through December 31, 2019. Here’s what you’ll get:

Spend $25,000, get 25,000 bonus points
Spend $50,000, get 50,000 bonus points
Spend $75,000, get 75,000 bonus points
Spend $100,000, get 100,000 bonus points

That works out to 3 Marriott points per $1 spent on the card, which is essentially what the AMEX Starwood card earned before the merger. Getting an extra 1 Marriott point per $1 isn’t earth shattering, but it’s free points.
