thx that worked for an xmas gift today…appreciate the info!

Esther, make the reservation thru TopCashBack and give them a credit card to hold the reservation. Then when you’re checking out, use the gift certificate to pay and Hyatt will not charge your credit card.

How do you use the gift certificate to book a stay through TopCashBack? I got to the checkout screen on Hyatt and it seems to only accept credit cards… 🙁

Do you still earn Diamond multiplier status points (6.5 per dollar) when using a Hyatt certificate overseas?

Good news!

Just to confirm, if I use Hyatt gift card when I check out, do the nights still count towards Diamond Challenge? The challenge coms first so I don’t want to screw that.

Thanks!

@Li – The nights will still count towards the challenge as long as you book them through the Hyatt website.
