Ink Business Unlimited℠ Credit Card | $500 bonus (50,000 Chase Ultimate Rewards points) after spending $3,000 on purchases within the first 3 months of opening your account | Read our review of the Ink Business Unlimited |
When it comes to miles & points, the only thing I love more than flying First Class for nearly free is helping others earn rewards to achieve their travel goals.
So I was thrilled recently when my mom took advantage of the Ink Business Unlimited Credit Card offer. This no-annual-fee small business card has a very valuable sign-up bonus worth $500 cash back (50,000 Chase Ultimate Rewards points). And because she also has the Chase Sapphire Reserve, she can move the sign-up bonus points from her Ink Business Unlimited to increase the value of her points and get $750 worth of travel through the Chase portal!

1. Valuable Sign-Up Bonus With Flexible Redemption Options
With the Chase Ink Business Unlimited, you’ll earn a $500 bonus (50,000 Chase Ultimate Rewards points) after spending $3,000 on purchases within the first 3 months of account opening.
There’s no right or wrong way to use your bonus. So if my mom needed some extra cash, she could just redeem the bonus points to get a check for $500. But because my mom likes to travel, she’ll likely move points to one of her other eligible Chase Ultimate Rewards earning cards (like the Chase Sapphire Reserve). Then, transfer points directly to a Chase airline or hotel partner to book travel.
2. The Ink Business Unlimited Has No Annual Fee
To me, it’s a no-brainer any time you can earn a lucrative sign-up bonus without having to pay an annual fee! The Ink Business Unlimited is free to keep forever!
3. Chase Business Cards Don’t Appear on Your Personal Credit Report
When I first started in the miles & points hobby, I worried about applying for lots of cards because I didn’t want my credit report to be 100 pages long. But then I learned that many small business cards, including those issued by Chase, do NOT appear on your personal credit report.
So even though my mom has a new credit line by opening an Ink Business Unlimited card, the new account information is nowhere to be found on her personal credit report. This is awesome because it won’t count against her when banks look to see how many recent cards she opened.
4. The Ink Business Unlimited Has a Straightforward Earning Rate
With the Chase Ink Business Unlimited, you earn 1.5% cash back (1.5X Chase Ultimate Rewards points per $1) on every purchase! And there is no limit to the amount of rewards you can earn!
So my mom will use this card for purchases that don’t earn bonus points on one of her other cards.
5. The Ink Business Unlimited Complements My Mom’s Other Chase Ultimate Rewards Cards
Certain card combinations can really boost the number of points you accumulate. Besides earning multiple sign-up bonuses with different card products, having multiple cards makes it easier to rack up points by getting access to different bonus spending categories.
And having the ability to combine Chase Ultimate Rewards points to one card makes it simple to book travel with the rewards you earn. In addition to the Ink Business Unlimited, my mom keeps these Chase Ultimate Rewards point earning cards in her wallet:
- Ink Business Preferred Credit Card
- Ink Business Cash Credit Card
- Chase Sapphire Reserve
- Chase Freedom Unlimited
