I have a question about targeted emails. I am a loyalty member of SPG and Hyatt only and I travel up to 6-10 times a year with these brands if not more. I notice i have never received a targeted email in 6 years and wanted to ask what and how do these companies target people. Do you need to have or meet a certain requirement?
