Use Google Flights to search dates and find a ticket.  Then book directly with the airline or on a site like Orbitz or Priceline.

Using Google Flights, I found a ticket from Newark to Zurich leaving September 23, 2016, and returning September 29, 2016, for ~$438.

And a flight from Cleveland leaving October 7, 2016, and returning from Brussels on October 14, 2016, for ~$508.
