  1. For the 24 month rule for earning the bonus in the same brand, is it 24 months since the card has been opened or 24 months since the card has been active? If I opened a Citi AA card more than 24 months ago – but it’s still open – can I earn this bonus?

  2. 1) With the 24 month rule Factor, can one apply for both citi personal and citi business cards at same time on same day, or only one of them? Can one apply for both on same/day/1 week apart or one has to wait 24 months after applying for one since they are of same brand? Please reply ASAP.
