I found a flight from San Francisco on December 2, 2016, returning from Havana, Cuba, on December 9, 2016, for ~$257.  And a flight between Houston and Havana, Cuba, leaving February 5, 2017, and returning February 12, 2017, for ~$261.

This fare is valid for travel from December 2016 through April 2017, excluding Christmas and New Years.
