I’ll be attending FinCon this week in San Diego, where more than 1,000 folks will gather to discuss topics ranging from personal finance to blogging.

The 4-day conference has lots of networking sessions and panels about trends in media, finance, and investing.  I’ll even be speaking during a session!

Sadly, I’ll be missing your presentation Thursday morning since my 18 month old daughter is having minor surgery at that time. But I’ll be down later that afternoon and look forward to talking with you. I’ll definitely be watching you on video when the Virtual Pass is released.

If you can make it up to La Jolla, Don Carlos Taco Shop isn’t to be missed for vegetarians. Lots of tasty options on a very creative menu. The soychorizo and french fry burrito is one of my faves.

@Shady Mickhail – Thanks for those recommendations. I’ll put them on my list. I checked my schedule and have dinner planned at the conference, so won’t be able to get away. I’ll email you if things change.

@dhammer53 – I remember your support, emails and comments from the very beginning! 🙂

@Kath – I eat cheese and dairy. Favorite mexican dish – do tacos and burritos count?

Hey, San Diego native and fan! What is your favorite Mexican dish? Do you eat cheese?
