Via One Mile at a Time, Air France and KLM have released the latest Flying Blue Promo Awards!  And you can buy discounted coach award flights to Europe for travel between February 1, 2018, and February 28, 2018.

But you’ll have to book by November 30, 2017.

Each month, Air France and KLM release discounted award tickets on certain routes, including flights between North America and Europe.  This month, there are 3 US cities and 1 Canadian city on this list.  So if you’re relatively close to any of these spots, these deals are worth a look!

Through November 30, 2017, you can save 25% on coach award flights to Europe.  That’s 18,750 miles one-way in coach, for travel between February 1, 2018, and February 28, 2018, from:

• Boston
• Houston
• San Francisco
• Vancouver

These fares are 11,250 miles LESS than what United Airlines and Delta charge.

Plus, Flying Blue considers countries like Algeria, Israel, and Morocco to be part of Europe.  So you can save even MORE miles compared to other airlines if you’re headed to those areas.

Keep in mind, there’s NO discount on the taxes & fees, which may be costly depending on the route.  So you’ll have to decide if the high fees are worth the miles you’ll save.

Bottom Line

Starting today, November 1, 2017, you can book Flying Blue Promo Awards to Europe from 4 North American cities – Boston, Houston, San Francisco, and Vancouver.

These awards cost fewer points than you’d pay for similar flights on Delta or United Airlines.  But taxes & fees can also be higher.  So do the math to decide if the award discount is worth the extra cash.
