This has been my favorite card offer for several months because it has the largest sign-up bonus among any of the cards earning Chase Ultimate Rewards points, which are my favorite type of flexible points!
After earning points, you can transfer them directly to your Hyatt loyalty account. Then, book an award stay!
Hyatt has a no “blackout date” policy. As long as a standard room is available for sale, you can book it using points!

There are many Hyatt hotels to choose from in New York City. This is good news for folks looking to book a free stay using Chase Ultimate Rewards points.
The best hotel option will depend on which part of the city you’d like to stay in. Team member Jasmin had a wonderful stay at the luxurious Park Hyatt New York. The hotel is in a terrific spot across from Carnegie Hall and walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, and other New York attractions.
But if you’re planning to see a Broadway show while in town, you might consider staying at the Hyatt Centric Times Square, which is near the Theatre District.
As the table above shows, many of the Hyatt hotels in New York City cost 25,000 points per night. This means the 80,000-point sign-up bonus on the Ink Business Preferred can get you 3 free nights.
Depending on your travel dates, using points can be a huge money saver! For example, I found a 3-night stay in April 2018 at the Hyatt Union Square New York, which costs $1,200+ if you pay cash. So transferring Chase Ultimate Rewards points to Hyatt to stay for free is terrific!
