Folks with the Chase Marriott personal or small business credit cards will earn double Marriott points on airline tickets purchased directly from United Airlines.  And if you have an eligible Chase United Airlines card, you can earn double United Airlines miles on paid stays with Marriott!

The promotion runs from March 15 to April 15, 2018.  And you’ll have to be a cardmember by April 1, 2018, and register by April 15, 2018, to qualify.

From March 15 to April 15, 2018, Marriott & United Airlines cardmembers will be able to register to earn double miles or points for certain purchases.  Chase United Airlines cardmembers can earn double United Airlines miles on paid stays with Marriott.  And Chase Marriott cardholders can earn double Marriott points on airfare purchased directly from United Airlines.

Is This a Good Deal?

If you have a card that qualifies for the promotion, it’s worth registering.

But for most folks, it’s not worth changing which card you were planning on using for your United Airlines or Marriott purchases.  Because even with the double rewards, you can earn a competitive return by using other cards for your United Airlines or Marriott spending.
