Enjoy visiting Las Vegas? Good news!
Via View From the Wing, Wyndham and Caesars hotels have launched a partnership, so you can enjoy the perks each program has to offer.
I’ll explain the details of the new partnership, and what it means for you.
Wyndham – Caesars Partnership
With the new partnership between Wyndham and Caesars hotels, you’ll be able to transfer points from one program to the other, and get your status matched between the 2 chains.
For now, they’re only offering a status match between the programs. So, for example, if you’re a Platinum Elite with Wyndham, you can get Platinum status with Caesars’ Total Rewards program.
But later this summer, you’ll be able to transfer points between programs at a 1:1 ratio, up to 30,000 points per year. Plus, you’ll have the option to earn & redeem Wyndham points for stays at certain Caesars hotels, and vice versa.
Participating Caesars hotels include:
- Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace
- Bally’s Las Vegas
- Caesars Palace Las Vegas
- The Cromwell Las Vegas
- Harrah’s Las Vegas
- Flamingo Las Vegas
- Rio Las Vegas
- Paris Las Vegas
- Planet Hollywood
You can read more about the new partnership here.
This is good news for folks who like visiting Las Vegas, because you’ll have another way to earn Wyndham hotel points for stays in Sin City. 😉
But don’t forget, Hyatt and M life have a similar partnership. And when you’re a member of MGM’s loyalty program (M life) AND a Hyatt Gold Passport member, you can earn and use Hyatt points at both hotel chains.
Along with the Caesars partnership, Wyndham announced they’d be launching a new brand, the “Trademark Collection.”
We don’t know much about the new brand, except that they plan to include upscale hotels in popular destinations around the world. And because Wyndham is lacking as far as high-end hotels are concerned, hopefully the Trademark Collection will help fill this gap.

Wyndham points aren’t easy to earn, because they’re not a transfer partner of any of the main transferable points programs.
But if you like Wyndham hotels, you could consider signing-up for one of the Barclaycards Wyndham Rewards cards.
You can earn 30,000 Wyndham points (worth 2 nights at any Wyndham hotel) after you complete the minimum spending on the premium Barclaycard Wyndham Rewards card with a $75 annual fee.
And with the no-annual-fee version of the Barclaycard Wyndham Rewards card, you can earn 15,000 Wyndham points (enough for a night at any Wyndham hotel) after meeting minimum spending requirements.
Check out my full review of these cards here.
That said, I don’t recommend these cards for folks new to miles and points, because there are far better credit card sign-up bonuses for beginners!
Bottom Line
Wyndham and Caesars hotels just announced a partnership. And soon, you’ll be able to earn & use Wyndham points for stays at certain Caesars hotels in Las Vegas.
You can already request a status match between the 2 loyalty programs.
Will this new partnership make you more likely to choose Wyndham or Caesars hotels?
