I found these fares using ITA Matrix and was able to book them on the airlines websites.

New York or Philadelphia to Amsterdam on US Airways

You can fly US Airways from New York or Philadelphia to Amsterdam, for ~$550 round-trip.

Travel dates are from September 2015 to December 2016 or late March 2016 to early May 2016.  I found lots of seats in October!

From the US, you must depart Sunday through Thursday.

And to the US, you must depart Monday through Thursday.

There’s a 28-day advance purchase requirement on US Airways.

United Airlines has flights to Belize for ~$275 round-trip in coach.

All of these fares connect through Houston.

There’s a 3-day advance purchase requirement on United Airlines.

What If You’re Not in 1 of These Cities?

Southwest – If you need more Southwest points, Chase Ultimate Rewards points transfer to Southwest.  Plus, if you have the Southwest Companion Pass, a friend can fly with you for (almost) free!

British Airways – If you’re a short flight away from 1 of the sale cities, you can save miles by using British Airways Avios points to book an award flight on American Airlines or US Airways.   Chase Ultimate Rewards points , American Express Membership Rewards points, and Starwood Preferred Guest points transfer to British Airways.

Bottom Line

Fares from New York and Philadelphia to Amsterdam on US Airways start at ~$550 for lots of travel dates this fall and next spring.  If you can find dates that work for you, this is a great deal!

And on United Airlines, you can fly from many US cities to Belize from ~$275 round-trip in coach.  And lots of dates are available from October 15, 2015 to early March 2016!
