You can use Twitter to book Hyatt stays using Points + Cash and confirm Diamond Suite upgrades.  This is helpful, because you can’t book the Points + Cash rate online or use your Diamond Suite upgrades online.

But you have to follow Hyatt at @HyattConcierge on Twitter and they have to follow you back.  That’s because you have to be able to direct message Hyatt to book your award stay on Twitter.

You Can Book Hyatt Stays on Twitter Via Direct Message, IF You and Hyatt Follow Each Other

This is great for folks who travel frequently and can’t make calls because they are flying.  Or because they can’t talk on the phone.  It’s also great for folks like me who sometimes forget to make a hotel booking in advance…

And you don’t need to have all the Hyatt points in your account to book a Hyatt award!  Although, you will need to have them before your stay.

Here’s how you can earn lots of Hyatt points.

How to Book a Hyatt Stay on Twitter

Step 1 – Send a tweet to @HyattConcierge

Tweet @HyattConcierge that you need assistance with a booking.

Would you be able to book a room without a credit card number? I am always asked the number every time I call them, even I saved my credit card info on file (My profile -> Payment Method Preferences), but not via twitter?
