This is pretty epic. I have the card and got 40k when signing up. But the best part is the TWO united lounge passes that come along with the card…every year!! That’s awesome!

just signed up~ if I spend 1000k today do I have to wait 3 months to redeem the miles (30k) or can apply the miles right away? Have a trip I need to book flights for and need the miles. I didn’t see 50k just 30 k by the way.

I had been hoping to get this card with the 50,000 mile bonus and everywhere I turned I saw 30,000… until tonight. I happened to logon to United.com to check on something else and there it was offered with 50,000 mile bonus. And it only requires $2000 spending over 3 months.

I scooped it up!

Darius, I got the 30 days wait message, how do I find out if am approved?

Hello Guys,

I spoke with a representative from chase about the United Milage Plus Explorer Card with a 50,000 bonus points offer and I was told that they would still give me the signing bonus if I provide the promotion code. Do you by any chance know the promotion code? Or can you send me a screenshot of the promotion details page?

Thanks
