Sounds like a winner to me, but we only have one flight planned

I’m in a similar situation to John and was counting on the BA miles I was going to get from the flight. Does the BA AARP reservation need to be credited to our respective AA accounts to qualify fo this promotion?

@John – No, you don’t have to book through American Airlines. Just make sure you enter the same loyalty number you used on the promotion’s registration page and you should be good to go.

Good call with the extra discount!

Does the trip have to be booked on AA.com? I was hoping to pair this with the AARP $400 discount for business class flights booked on British Airways.
