1.   100 Hotel Deals in 100 Hours

Via The Forward Cabin, you can find 100 hotel deals in 100 hours.

Extreme Hotel Deals is posting various hotel deals from mistake fares to discounted rates on their website through December 12, 2014.

These deals vary with some offers for this year and others for 2015.  For example, you can stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, Bakersfield, California for $14 (December 21, 2014, to December 25, 2014, and December 30, 2014 to January 1, 2015).  Or at the Melia Roma Aurelia Antica, Italy for $10 (February 13, 2015).

When you see a hotel you like, book soon because some of these deals go quickly!

Note:   If the rate is a mistake fare, sometimes the hotel won’t honor the price.  But sometimes they do!

2.   $25 in HotelTonight Credit When You Spend $75

Via The Forward Cabin, you can get a $25 HotelTonight credit when you pay $75 on a HotelTonight booking with your MasterCard IF you’re a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.

This offer ends on December 18, 2014, or while supplies last.

You can use the $25 credit for future bookings and it expires in 1 year.

I wasn’t too impressed with HotelTonight, but it could work for some folks.

3.   Southwest Fare Sale

Via Deals We Like, Southwest is having a fare sale for tickets purchased by December 14, 2014.

The fares aren’t as good as their previous sale, but some 1-way fares start at $69.

You have to book by 11:59 pm (in the time zone of the city you’re traveling from) on December 14, 2014.  And travel from December 23, 2014 through June 4, 2015.

But there are restrictions:

  • Travel is NOT valid Fridays and Sundays
  • Blackout dates (for all cities): December 26, 2014, to December 29, 2014; January 3, 2015; February 16, 2015; May 21, 2015, to May 22, 2015; May 25, 2015
  • Blackout dates to San Juan: February 13, 2015, through February 16, 2015
  • Blackout dates from San Juan: February 21, 2015, through February 23, 2015
  • Fares are valid on non-stop flights only
  • Travel to Florida or Nevada is valid Sunday through Wednesday only

These types of sales don’t work for me and Emily because we like to travel on the weekends. But it could work for you.

The link to the Alaska portal isn’t valid. I logged on to my Alaska account and didn’t see anything about this promo.
