Asked about offer of statement credit in SM and got this reply:

Thank you for contacting us regarding your US Airways Dividend Miles World MasterCard. We can certainly address your inquiry regarding the paperless promotions on your account.

We offer bonuses or promotions to accounts we service; however, please note that not all customers will be eligible for this. Our records show that this promotional reward offer is not available on your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If an offer should be available, we will notify you accordingly.

If you have any other questions and concerns, please reply to this message.

Sincerely,

Customer Service

Tried everything here to get pop up for statement credit and still nothing. Not a business card and I have the Choice Privilege as well. I will try to make a purchase next.

If you sign up for the US Airways $25 credit for going paperless, and purchase something before December 31, can that $25 credit go towards the $89 annual fee that will show up in your 1st statement?

Will OfficeMax allow you to use a credit card to buy gift cards? I’ve been able to use a credit card at Staples, but thought both Office Depot and OfficeMax eliminated that.

@Susan I just loaded my BB last week at Walmart with a VGC bought at Staples. Had to do it with a cashier, but no problem. If you have a Walmart with the moneypass ATM that’s even easier.
