This is perfect timing because you can currently use a credit card to pay your rent with NO fees through December 31, 2016, when you pay with Android Pay through the RadPad app. So if you were recently approved for the Chase Sapphire Reserve, this could be an easy way to meet your $4,000 minimum spending requirement.
Or use other Chase cards like the Chase Sapphire Preferred or Chase Freedom Unlimited to earn extra points for free!

Starting September 7, 2016, you’ll be able to add any Chase Visa credit card to your Android Pay account. You can use your Android device to pay when you shop at millions of stores in the US.
Android Pay is already compatible with most banks. So Chase will be a welcome addition!Folks with the RadPad app will be able to use Android Pay to pay rent and earn miles and points on a Chase card without any fees! Because RadPad is offering a promotion through December 31, 2016. Normally, they charge 3.49% for using a credit card!
All you need is a RadPad account, an Android device with the RadPad app and Android Pay, and a credit card.
Remember you can NOT use RadPad to pay HOA fees, mortgages, or to send checks to yourself or others. RadPad will confirm your payment details before they send out your rent check.
