Good news for folks who shop at warehouse stores like Costco, BJ’s, and Sam’s Club!

The BankAmericard Cash Rewards Visa now offers 2% back at wholesale clubs!  And I found the same is true for the MLB™ BankAmericard Cash Rewards™ MasterCard®.

I’ll explain the details.  And whether this is the best card to use at these stores.

Bank of America just announced you can now earn 2% cash back at warehouse stores, like Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s, with the BankAmericard Cash Rewards Visa and MasterCard  on up to $2,500 in spending each quarter.

You’ll also get a 10% bonus if you deposit your cash back into a Bank of America checking or savings account!

That’s good news, because starting June 20, 2016, Costco will accept Visa in-store!

Is This the Best Deal?

Because the BankAmericard Cash Rewards card is now offering 2% back at warehouse clubs, it makes the card much more interesting for folks who like cash back.

However, I prefer to earn points & miles for Big Travel.  So I would use the Chase Freedom card right now.  Because you’ll earn 5X Chase Ultimate Rewards points (5% back) at grocery stores & wholesale clubs through June 30, 2016, when you register.

Or, you could use the Chase Freedom Unlimited.  Which offers 1.5X Chase Ultimate Rewards points on all purchases with no spending cap.

Because when you have one of these cards AND the Chase Sapphire Preferred, Ink Plus, or Ink Bold (no longer available), you can transfer your points for Big Travel with airline and hotel partners like Hyatt, Southwest, United Airlines, and British Airways!

You can also redeem Chase Ultimate Rewards points for discounted travel through the Chase Travel Portal.  And, you don’t have to worry about blackout dates!
