I have 2 Hilton offers on the same card.

(1) $35 for spending $175 at Hilton Garden Inn

(2) 3000 Amex points for spending $200 on Hilton Portfolio

So, if I spend $200 on a Hilton Garden Inn, would the offers stack and I get $35 as well as 3000 points.

I was lucky to be targeted and have a stay planned. But my hotel rate is only 129 and the wording of this offer sounds as if taxes & fees won’t count toward the 175 minimum. Does anyone know if these will count? Also, if I put dinner/breakfast on the room will those charges count? I assume they would but just wondering if anyone has past experiences.
