I know this post is a day late, but wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, or just Happy Holidays!
We hope everyone had a great time with their family.A huge Christmas tree.
Is that a teddy bear with long antlers?
We’ve been traveling and had a long travel day yesterday (December 25) which involved an overnight flight, an aborted speedboat ride over very choppy seas, a delayed ferry trip, wading in waist high water with our luggage to get to a boat, and a longtail boat ride in pitch darkness to get to our destination.
And all along I was thinking just what a great blog post it would make. 🙂
But we got there safely and and are really enjoying our time off with family whom we see once a year.
So I won’t be posting much this week!
We’ve been extremely blessed and lucky to have had a great trip so far including Emily’s favorite First Class seat which had a separate bed complete with a mattress and pillow top cushioning.
I can sleep anywhere (even standing up!), but this was the only flight during which Emily slept for a long, long time. More on that later!
