The MasterCard Priceless Cities program has discounts for food, travel, shopping etc. for MasterCard holders. These are not free offers, but are discounted offers or offers available only to MasterCard holders.

You get these offers in 16 different countries. In some countries, such as the US, there are multiple cities participating while in other countries, there’s just one city.
Master Card Priceless cities and countries include:

Offers are listed in the language of participating countries. For example, if you select Buenos Aires in Argentina, you will be directed to a Spanish website.
But you can get access to offers in other cities (in English), by just clicking the “Offers from Other Priceless Cities” at the bottom of the US page.

Register A Card
You have to register a MasterCard World Elite, MasterCard World, Debit MasterCard, Credit, or Corporate MasterCard PrePaid card to take part in MasterCard Priceless experiences.
Here are a few MasterCards from creditcards.com and more information on MasterCard benefits. Note that there are better offers for the American Airlines and US Air cards on the Airlines credit card tab.
Other miles and points MasterCards include the Barclaycard Arrival Plus® World Elite Mastercard®, Citi Platinum Select AAdvantage World Master Card, the Citi Executive AAdvantage World Elite Master Card, the Barclays Frontier card, the Barclaycard Miles & More World Elite MasterCard, the Barclays US Airways Master Card, & the Barclays US Airways Business card. And the Chase Ink Bold and Ink Plus used to be MasterCards until just a few months ago.
You have to register your MasterCard before booking a MasterCard Priceless offer or experience.
Each city has different offers but standard offer categories include dining, shopping, sports, travel, music & entertainment, and arts & culture.
I’ve listed a few examples of the offers for each category below.
You get 15% off tickets to the Food Network Wine and Food event in New York City and get to skip the line by getting access to the Fast Pass lane.
You get VIP discounts at Shop America Alliance member department stores, designer boutiques, shopping centers, outlet stores and restaurants. These are valid in many US cities.
3. Sports$30 gets you batting practice viewing at Wrigley Field in Chicago, in addition to getting your picture taken and a seat to the game.
You get a free one car class upgrade when you rent with Hertz for 2 days or more and pay with your MasterCard.
5. Music & Entertainment
For $35, you and a guest could enjoy a Friday night at Dizzy’s Club Coca-Cola in New York City and listen to Jazz!
6. Arts & Culture
You can get 2-for-1 tickets for the LA Conservatory Walking Tour.
If you have a MasterCard, it doesn’t hurt enrolling in the MasterCard Priceless Program, which gets you access to unique experiences as well as discounted events.
