You can still send $1,000 this month and $1,000 the next month, between October 1, 2014 & October 12, 2014.
I wrote about Amazon Payments over 3 years back, and the “angries” were, well, angry that I had shared that secret with you. They predicted that Amazon Payments would be shut down immediately, but it lasted for well over 3 years!
I know it is disappointing that Amazon Payments will no longer let us send $1,000 without a fee each month. But we should be grateful that it lasted for as long as it did!
I’ll give you an alternate method that’s nearly as easy as Amazon Payments!
What Is Amazon Payments & What You Can Do Now
Amazon Payments allows you to use a credit card to send up to $1,000 per month to anyone else with an Amazon Payments account.It’s free to set-up your account.
Some folks are using this free service to send money to friends, babysitters, etc. using their credit card. This was especially useful when using a credit card that requires you to spend a few thousand dollars within 3 months to get the sign-up bonus.
You can still send money through October 12, 2014.This was a very easy way to spend money on a credit card!

Bottom Line
I’m sorry to see Amazon Payments being phased out! But you still can make 2 more $1,000 monthly payments. The last day to send money is October 12, 2014.
