Have you always dreamed of being in a fighter jet or vintage airplane?  Or wished you could fly an airline simulator?

Million Mile Secrets reader, Captain Denny, wrote to tell me about the Captain Jason Dahl scholarship fund and their Night at the Wings Over the Rockies Museum Gala in Denver.  And how this fundraiser gives you the chance to have fun and do good at the same time.

This event will be held on September 11, 2015.  It’s a great cause, which provides scholarships to college aviation students.

But you don’t have to attend the event to contribute to this terrific cause!

Who’s Captain Jason Dahl?

Jason Dahl was the captain flying United Airlines Flight 93 on September 11, 2001.

It’s believed Captain Dahl and other passengers were able to subdue the attackers and prevent the plane from flying into the US Capitol Building.

His family has created a scholarship in his name, which funds students who are pursuing a career as a pilot.
