Update:   One or more card offers in this post are no longer available.  Check our Hot Deals for the latest offers.

Via Credit Card Watcher, you can get a $10 Walmart eGift card when you use your Citi credit card to shop online at Walmart.com.

This isn’t as exciting as the $25 off on a purchase of $75+ at Amazon.com with your American Express card, but it could be of use to some.

Citi Tuesdays

Citi and Walmart have teamed up to offer Citi Tuesdays.

You can get a $10 Walmart eGift Card when you spend more than $100 at Walmart.com on Tuesdays and pay with your Citi credit card.

You have to spend $100 or more (before taxes and shipping) in ONE transaction by 11:59 pm Pacific Time on any Tuesday through December 17, 2013.

Some purchases like gift cards, pharmacy, photo, Vudu, Walmart-To-Go, and tires are excluded from the offer.

Walmart.com has free shipping for orders over $35.

You can use any personal Citi branded card.  But business and professional cards are excluded.

This means that only Citi cards that earn ThankYou points such as the Citi Forward, Citi ThankYou Preferred, and the Citi ThankYou Premier qualify for the promotion.

The Citi American Airlines and Citi Hilton cards do NOT qualify for the promotion.

You can only get 1 eGift card per Citi card.  The terms say that the eGift Cards will be emailed within 10 days after your $100 qualifying purchase.

Bottom Line

You can get a $10 Walmart eGift Card when you spend $100 (not including taxes and shipping) at Walmart.com when you pay with your Citi card on Tuesdays up to December 17, 2013.

However, only personal branded Citi cards are eligible for the promotion.  Citi American Airlines and Citi Hilton cards are NOT eligible for the promotion.

I am in the same boat as Rachel, Citi targeted me with my AA card. The AA cards ARE eligible, just not eligible for gift cards. I ordered a gift card and I have not been credited with anything.

@Rachel @ChasingThePoints – Thanks for the update!

The AAdvantage cards are eligible. I received an email about this promotion from Citi Cards referencing my Citi AA Visa, and my husband received an email referencing his Citi AA Amex. We both have two AA cards but only received one email, so I am not sure if we would receive the credit for all AA cards or only for the ones referenced in the emails. We also both have a Hilton card, but did not receive emails referencing those accounts. Perhaps all of them are eligible but only one email was sent per person? These are all personal cards.

So are Walmart physical or eGift cards included or excluded? You say gift cards are excluded (paragraph 4), but then you say eGift cards are limited to 1 per account (last paragraph before Bottom Line). Are eGift cards different than gift cards?

@bf – Sorry for the confusion. You can’t buy gift cards to qualify for the $10 e-gift certificate. And you are limited to only 1 $10 egift certificate for spending $100 at Walmart on Tuesday with your Citi card.
