Got an email today saying this is targeted to administrative staff, no points.

Nothing on the link indicated 500 bonus points.

I received an email from you to sign up for credit card, whereas I would send me two different cards with promotional bonus. I only received one card, the 2nd is still awaiting.

I hope the email that you sent was not a fake one. I would like to know , if there is 2nd card in question or it was only one. That means I lost my $200 bonus because of you. Please reply at your earliest.
