Does it have any fees for sign up or annual fees?

I have both Sapphire and Sapphire Preferred. Can I use both and get $15 twice?

I got an email this morning for a $10 statement credit when you sign up for a “NEW” Visa Checkout account and enroll your Slate® card between September 15, 2015 and October 31, 2015. No purchase required

If you have both cards, you could get $10 from Slate and $15 from Sapphire.

Did not see any rules about not having multiple Visa Checkout accounts.

I assume we don’t have to register to qualify for the $15 statement credit?

Any idea how long Visa Checkout takes to send the credit?
