Update: One or more card offers in this post are no longer available. Check our Hot Deals for the latest offers.
This month’s Flying Blue Promo Awards don’t feature any business-class deals between Europe and North America, but you can still pick up discounted premium economy and economy awards. The list of North American cities available this month is more skimpy than usual and includes only Seattle, Washington D.C. and Mexico City.
If you’re traveling from the U.S. west coast and can easily get to Seattle there are solid deals in Premium Economy. The cheapest flights are available when you’re connecting through Amsterdam or Paris to other destinations in Europe. You’ll need to book these flights by Mar. 31, 2020, for travel from May 1 – June 30, 2020.
Flying Blue Promo Awards
The Flying Blue Promo Awards offer a monthly rotating list of discounted award destinations for the Flying Blue airlines — KLM and Air France. Each month has discounts of up to 50% on specific classes of service to/from certain cities. Flying Blue also has Special Edition Promo Awards, which are deals it occasionally releases in addition to the monthly promotion.
This promotion can be an especially lucrative way to use your transferrable points when there is a transfer bonus to Flying Blue, unfortunately there are no current transfer bonuses.
