It seems AMEX has alot of these kinds of offers, but I am never targeted for them. Does anyone know what type of criteria they use to determine who is eligible?

Good question Patrick. I’ve always wondered this myself!

I’ve almost never been targeted for one of these offers either. I would guess they may look at certain demographics they want to attract more business from, or use certain spending patterns to determine eligibility for these targeted offers.
