I haven’t had to pay full price for a flight in years, and that’s because of the Chase Ultimate Rewards program.  Going on vacations is really expensive.  When I was a kid, we couldn’t afford to fly and took trips to local amusement parks and apple orchards.  I always wanted to travel, and finally got my chance once I got into using miles and points earned from credit cards.

Now, I have my own family, and don’t want to spend hours trying to figure out how to redeem frequent flyer miles to take a trip or mess with blackout dates.  That’s why I really like the Chase Ultimate Rewards program.  It’s very easy to collect Chase points, and it’s even easier to redeem them!

How I Amassed My Stash of Chase Ultimate Rewards Points

I’ve spent the last several years applying for the best travel credit cards.  I currently have the Chase Sapphire Reserve® and the Ink Business Preferred℠ Credit Card in my wallet.  I get credit cards when there’s a great bonus, keep the cards that offer annual benefits, and maximize my spending on the credit cards.  Using the Chase Ultimate Rewards shopping portal is another one of my favorite ways to earn LOTS of Chase Ultimate Rewards points!

Chase Ultimate Rewards Transfer Partners

The value of collecting Chase points is that they are flexible and can be transferred to certain transfer partners.  My favorite Chase Ultimate Rewards transfer partners are Southwest, United Airlines, and Hyatt.

Southwest is great for mostly domestic travel, and United Airlines is great for international travel (especially in Business Class!).  Hyatt has some amazing 5-star hotels, and make you feel like royalty when you’re staying in them.  Be sure to check out our Guide to Chase Ultimate Rewards Transfer Partners: Everything to Know!

I agree with your faves. Mine are also United and Hyatt. Can’t wait til Southwest announces their Hawaii routes!

I am always surprised by years of savings. I have not paid for a first class flight or hotel room for over 30 years.

That’s great to hear! 🙂

Me too! It only took me one trip on miles and points to realize how wonderful this hobby is!
