Update:   One or more card offers in this post are no longer available.  Check our Hot Deals for the latest offers.

My affiliate link to the Chase Marriott Premier card offers 50,000 Marriott points after spending $1,000 within 3 months & 1 free night in a category 1 to 4 Marriott hotel after approval.

But I want to share a potentially better offer to the Chase Marriott Premier card, which also gets you a $75 statement credit!

Thanks to Million Mile Secrets reader Dennis for sharing this!  As always, I updated the Hotel Credit Card tab with a link to this post so that you only find the best credit card offers on Million Mile Secrets regardless of whether or not they earn me a commission.

Here’s a direct link to the application, but if it doesn’t work follow the directions below to get to it.

 Step 1 –  Marriott.com

Go to Mariott.com

Step 2 – Search For a Paid Room

Search for a room in any city for any date.

Search For a Marriott Room
Step 3

Select a hotel and click on  “View Rates

Step 4

Select a room and click “Continue

Enter all the information including your credit card information (you won’t be charged) and click “Continue” again.

You should see the offer in the right side of the screen.  You don’t have to complete the reservation to see the offer.

The terms say “This one-time bonus offer is valid only for first-time Marriott Rewards Credit Card Cardmembers with new accounts.”

Bottom Line:  I don’t know if this will work for everyone, but it’s worth a try to save $75 if you’re applying for the Chase Marriott card soon!
