Starting tomorrow, June 15, 2017, you can register your Chase Freedom card to earn 5X Chase Ultimate Rewards points (5% cash back) at restaurants and movie theaters between July 1, 2017, and September 30, 2017. You’ll earn the bonus on up to $1,500 in combined spending.
To qualify for the bonus, you must register by September 14, 2017. You can even activate late in the quarter and earn the bonus retroactively from July 1, 2017.
Note: Today is the last day to register your Chase Freedom for grocery and drug store spending April through June 2017. You’ll also earn a retroactive bonus for that spending. And registering for next quarter’s bonus now will NOT deactivate the current bonus categories for this quarter.
It should be easy to make the most of this bonus, because many folks spend a lot at restaurants!
