I shared a preview of this year’s Daily Getaways deals, and today, April 14, 2017, at 1:00 pm Eastern Time, Daily Getaways has a deal on Wyndham hotel points!

You can buy 15,000 Wyndham points for $175.  That’s enough for a night at ANY Wyndham hotel, even their all-inclusive resorts and top-tier resorts.

Like many of the Daily Getaways offers, this could sell out quickly.  So don’t forget to set a reminder if you’re interested!

At 1:00 pm Eastern Time, today, April 14, 2017, you can buy 15,000 Wyndham points for $175.

Award nights at almost any Wyndham hotel cost 15,000 points, so this is a good deal!  But only if you redeem the points for a stay that costs more than $175 per night.

The good news is, there are plenty of eligible Wyndham hotels that cost much more than that!  This includes fancy Wyndham Grand hotels and top all-inclusive Wyndham Viva resorts.

You can even use your Wyndham points for vacation rentals all over the world!

Act Fast, Because This Deal Will Sell Out Fast!

You can buy up to 2 packages for a total of 30,000 Wyndham points – enough for 2 award nights at wonderful Wyndham hotels like The Mills House in Charleston, South Carolina.  But there are only 1,143 points packages available.

Wyndham hotels include:

Use the Right Card!

Don’t forget to use a credit card that earns bonus points for travel purchases, like the Chase Sapphire Reserve or Citi Prestige.  Because when you buy deals from Daily Getaways, they code as travel!

Million Mile Secrets team member Jasmin used her Chase Sapphire Preferred last year to earn 2X Chase Ultimate Rewards points for her Daily Getaways purchases.

Is It Worth It?

If you use your Wyndham points to stay at otherwise expensive hotels, this could be a great deal.

For example, I found rooms at the beautiful and conveniently located TRYP New York City Times Square South in September 2017, for ~$365+ or 15,000 Wyndham points per night.

If you took advantage of today’s Daily Getaways deal and purchased 15,000 Wyndham points for $175, you’d save at least $190 ($365 – $175) per night here!

You’ll Be In the Heart of Midtown Manhattan at Wyndham’s TRYP New York City Times Square South Hotel

That said, it doesn’t make sense to use this Daily Getaways offer to buy points for a stay at a lower-cost hotel, like a Super 8 or Travelodge.  You’ll probably pay less with the regular cash rate.

If you like Wyndham hotels, you could consider applying for one of the Barclaycard Wyndham Rewards cards.

With the $75 annual fee version of the Barclaycard Wyndham Rewards card, you can earn up to 30,000 Wyndham points after completing minimum spending requirements.

And you can earn 15,000 Wyndham points after meeting minimum spending requirements with the no-annual-fee version of the Barclaycard Wyndham Rewards card.

But the sign-up bonus on these cards has been higher before, so you might want to wait for a better offer.

Emily and I don’t earn anything when you apply for these cards, but we’ll always share the best offers with our readers!

Bottom Line

Today, April 14, 2017, you can buy 15,000 Wyndham points for $175 through Daily Getaways.

The offer goes live at 1:00 pm Eastern Time.  And you can buy a maximum of 2 points packages (30,000 Wyndham points total).

15,000 Wyndham points is enough for a free night at almost ANY Wyndham hotel, including their resortsall-inclusive hotels, and vacation rentals.

But remember, there are only 1,143 packages available.  So this offer won’t last long.

Let me know if you buy Wyndham points and how you’ll use them!

Does Wyndham offer 4th night free on their reward redemption?

still plenty of these…I notice a list of participating hotels, but the all inclusive VIVA is not on the list…..not many wyndhams worth the cost.

Thanks for this info!

Will this cover resort fees/taxes or do they tend to charge additionally for those?
