There’s a better offer for the AMEX EveryDay® Credit Card from American Express!
In addition to the usual sign-up bonus of 10,000 American Express Membership Rewards points after spending $1,000 on purchases within the first 3 months, you’ll also get a $25 credit on a $25+ purchase at Newegg.
And a complimentary year of Newegg Premier membership (worth ~$50), which gets you free expedited shipping and other perks when you shop at Newegg.
So I’ve replaced my link that earns a commission with this link for the offer that earns us nothing! Scroll down the page to see the banner ad for the card!
I’ll help you decide if this offer is right for you!
What’s the Deal?
With the new AMEX EveryDay Newegg offer, you can earn 10,000 American Express Membership Rewards points after spending $1,000 on purchases within the first 3 months of account opening. Scroll down to the bottom of this page to find it!
You’ll get a $25 statement credit when you make a $25+ purchase at Newegg with the first 3 months. This offer also comes with a year of Newegg Premier membership, which gets you perks like:
- Free expedited shipping on qualifying products
- Free returns and no restocking fees
- Rush processing on orders
- Exclusive deals and special alerts about big sales
- Four friends or family members on your account to share your perks
You’ll also earn:
- 2 AMEX Membership Rewards points per $1 at US supermarkets up to $6,000 a year
- 1 AMEX Membership Rewards point per $1 on other purchases
- Terms and Limitations Apply
And, if you use the card to make 20 or more purchases within a billing cycle, you will earn an extra 20% Membership Rewards points, less returns and credits. There is no minimum transaction amount for any of those 20 purchases.
The card has NO annual fee. But there is a ~3% foreign transaction fee, so it’s not a good card to use overseas.
Remember, you can only earn the sign-up bonus on AMEX cards ONCE per person, per lifetime. So if you’ve had this card before, you can NOT get the bonus again.
Should You Sign-Up?
If you want to earn AMEX Membership Rewards points that transfer to travel partners, you can get a better sign-up bonus with other AMEX cards, but they all have annual fees.
The AMEX EveryDay card is the only no annual fee card that earns American Express Membership Rewards points that are transferable to partner airlines and hotels.

And it’s an easy way to keep your American Express Membership Rewards points from expiring. For a card with NO annual fee, that can be useful.
Some folks will also do better with the AMEX EveryDay Preferred card, which has a $95 annual fee. Here’s how to decide which card is better for your spending habits.
The Newegg Perks Are the Dealmaker for Some Folks
The biggest difference from the usual offer is the Newegg benefits, which are worth an extra ~$75 ($25 statement credit + a Newegg Premier membership worth ~$50).
So if you shop at Newegg often, and think you’ll make the most of the Newegg Premier membership, it can be a good deal, especially if you were considering this card anyway!
