Best Ways to Earn Lots of Points for Your Purchases
Shop on a Shopping Portal
I do a lot of my shopping on the Chase Ultimate Rewards shopping portal so that I can earn points for travel. Points can add up faster than you think. For example, I recently purchased a stroller and earned half the Chase points needed for a one-way flight! The Chase Ultimate Rewards portal has some excellent brand name stores, like Apple, Best Buy, Bloomingdales, Macy’s, and Gap.
Note: It’s always worth checking sites like Cashbackmonitor and Evreward to see if other portals have higher earn rates for the store you’re shopping at.
Make the Most of the Chase Freedom Quarterly Bonus
And this quarter through December 31, 2018, you can earn 5% cash back (5X Chase Ultimate Rewards points) when you pay with your Chase Freedom® credit card in department stores, wholesale clubs, and via Chase Pay. You’ll earn the bonus on up to $1,500 in combined purchases after you activate your credit card. The information for the Chase Freedom has been collected independently by Million Mile Secrets. The card details on this page have not been reviewed or provided by the card issuer.
Use Other Points Earning Credit Cards
Remember to maximize your rewards by using one of these credit cards from our list of best travel credit cards for holiday shopping! Why not earn travel for yourself, while giving the gift of travel to others?
