Until February 11, 2018, you’ll earn bonus miles or points for the purchases you make through the American Airlines and United Airlines shopping portals. The bonus you earn is in addition to the regular shopping portal bonus.

With both promotions, you’ll get a 500 mile bonus after spending $200+ on “cumulative qualifying purchases,” so you don’t need to make a single $200 purchase to get the bonus.

Returns, shipping, taxes, and gift card purchases will NOT earn the bonus. And the bonus will post to your account within 6 to 8 weeks.

Note: With the United Airlines promotion, in store purchases can count toward the bonus. But you’ll have to log into your account and add an AMEX or Visa card first.

Shopping portals are an easy way to earn bonus miles, points, or cash back. But before you take advantage of this deal, I recommend checking a portal tracker like Cashback Monitor or Evreward to make sure you’re always getting the biggest bang for your buck!
