When you sign-up for the Chase Marriott Premier Rewards card and spend $5,000 on purchases within the first 3 months of opening your account, you’ll earn 100,000 Marriott points.

Other perks of this card include:

And you’ll earn an additional 7,500 bonus Marriott points when you add an authorized user and make a purchase within the first 3 months of opening your account.

The $85 annual fee is NOT waived for the first year.

Note:   You are NOT eligible to receive a new Chase cardmember sign-up bonus if you’ve received a bonus on the same card in the past 24 months.  And because of Chase’s “5/24 rule,” if you’ve opened ~5+ cards from any bank (except these business cards) in the past 24 months, it’s unlikely you’ll be approved for most Chase cards, including the Chase Marriott card.

Bottom Line

You can earn 100,000 Marriott points after spending $5,000 on purchases within the first 3 months of opening a new Chase Marriott Premier card.

Plus, you’ll earn another 7,500 bonus Marriott points when you add an authorized user and make a purchase within the same timeframe.

For example, the 100,000 Marriott point bonus is enough for 5 nights at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Charleston Airport / Convention Center, near downtown Charleston, South Carolina.  Or for a 5-night stay at the Courtyard New Orleans Westbank / Gretna, near the French Quarter.
