this offer is expired. link goes to the 80k offer

Hi do you know if one can have a Marriott business card and a Ritz-Carlton personal card? Also, do you know if the elite status benefits can combine e.g. charge $10k on the Ritz card to get gold status and then use the Marriott Business card 15 elite nights to bump that up to Platinum status?

What is the difference between Chase Preferred Sapphire and the Standard Sapphire card?

My experience with Chase on applications are that business apps are completely different than personal applications. Therefore, I assume the 5/24 "rule" (which is really only a guideline and not an absolute rule) enables you to apply to your heart's content with impunity for business cards.

I have the Marriott personal and business cards. You get the free night on each card yearly. The fine print under "terms" specifies that only 15 status nights per year will be granted to the primary holder of the cards.
